*Update*....after talking to PCTL CEO Tuesday afternoon Mr. Grieco said that we can expect to see the 10K next week and the Q1 the week after that.

The big thing that stuck out to me was when he said said that he plans on uplisting to the OTC "QB" soon after those two financials go public. I asked him if he had any plans to uplist to to the NASDAQ and he said "Yes" he'd like to do it after the Q3 and Q4 more towards the end of the year. Thats seems pretty optimistic to me but hey I went with it.

He also said that their very busy at the moment filling totes and shipping them out daily. Mr. Grieco was pretty busy when I called and had to call me back about an hour later. He is a very informative AND TRANSPARENT CEO, I suggest that all shareholders call him!
