CFO...REALLY? PREVIOUS FAILURE?? Beginning to all make sense

Seems this isnt Sofield, Prince & Greccos first rodeo with HOCL. They were involved with another PUBLIC company called Integrated Environmental which appears to have been a total failure IEVM Delinquent SEC Reporting Caveat Emptor

Sofield was not CFO of that company, rather to develop and implement operating systems and production capabilities. A FAR CRY from a CFOs responsibilities!! Also dont see any past experience as a CFO or finance degree

Marion Sofield has served as Secretary of the Company since April 23, 2004 and has served as a Director of the Company since August 5, 2004. Ms. Sofield has eight years of experience, from 1993-2002, in economic development management and has owned and operated two successful businesses of her own. From 1983 through 1987, Ms. Sofield served as a Corporate Secretary/Treasurer for Lord-Wood, Larsen Associates, Inc., a civil engineering firm formerly located in West Hartford, Connecticut. Ms. Sofield, a 1983 graduate of Radford University, was recently honored in Washington, D.C. as the 2003 Business Person of the Year by the United States of America’s Business Advisory Council.

Yet Sofield is identified in PRs as PCTs CFO, but NOT IDENTIFIED as CFO in any PCT SEC filings!! Any wonder why SEC reports always late and now DELINQUENT??
