So here are some facts to assuage the thoughts that $IBGR is doing a typical LOI pump:

The PR was only posted at this point on OTCMarkets and not splashed all over the OTC. These guys are not pumping nonsense, they are actually doing less than even a normal announcement of this magnitude would allow. They only did a very small PR on OTCMarkets.

There has been no twitter or other social media pump leading up to this or coming along with this.

This is the first we have heard, there was no pre-LOI announcement, or pre-pre-LOI announcement like "We are currently in discussions with a large company interested in be acquired by us..." They just said LOI is done.

The share structure has remained the same (actually reduced AS by 150 Million Shares) since Minsky took over.
