lets not kid here 800M is in of itself a large float. and its certainly not sunshine and rainbows. i don't have all the forward DD to attempt to suggest there is future value so i am only commenting on what i see.

plus they are issueing notes payable cause theyre books suck more over 2.3M+ in debts raise concern going forward
