I am certainly not here to debate the legalities of Freedom of Speech as they apply to bulletin boards. It is my guess however that it would be allowable on a private message board to delete posts that do not fit that private board's rules. In any case, 1 fact remains. That is, that we all complain about Raging Bull and do not want this board to turn into that. Have you looked at it lately? It is miserable. I obviously was not here for the inception of this particular board but I imagine it was formed and the rules set up to try to not become like that. You can say all you want about letting everyone post whatever they want and me and others posting behind all the spammers warning everyone, but I think it is pretty easy to see that would be a mess. The thing that is so nice about this board is that tickers are given with a brief description usually, and quickly we can all check them out and make decisions on them. That is enough to worry about without worrying about who is a spammer, who is a basher and who is a promoter. Just my opinion, but there you go.
