Nielsen sold 40 plus million shares for low prices like .03 and .04 (can’t remember exactly) when he could have sold at .19 or .20 a few weeks prior to the non-filing of financials last April. He could have made many more millions if he had any inside information that financials were not to come by selling at those much higher prices. Does that sound like he was in cahoots with Mark and Rene?
