I have a suspicion that by the time the SEC and FBI are done, arrests will be made by counterpart Agencies in other countries in connection with the $ARYC stock pump and dump.

At least it doesn't make sense that individuals outside the US were involved in the Medicare and Medicaid fraud part of this saga, whereas its very easy to trade US OTC stocks in other countries.
