Marc-Andre Fontaine:
Choklat you sure no problems at all?

Erik Stelli:
Marc-Andre Fontaine Rob Cesari Josh K Collins calgary herald "One Calgary chocolatier who’s preparing to market cannabis edibles said regulators have told him of THC level errors in such products." https://calgaryherald.com/.../faulty-thc-dosages-turning.... I wonder if its them. Also herd about not paying employees... what's interesting is there is threads on reddit involving brad awhile back about amounts loaned to the business by individuals and not paid back. Namaste had lent Choklat 300k in oct 2019. The loan bears interest at a rate of 12% per year and the principal and all accrued interest are payable up to December 31, 2020. Is it possible that the covid had put choklat in a tight cash position... possibly in a position where they cant pay back the loan and brad losses his majority stake in his own company. Choklat /Brad can you give anymore in site on the fall out between choklat and namaste

Marc-Andre Fontaine:
Erik Stelli thats actually what im thinking and i have a feeling its done on purpose to gain an edge and it was discovered by namaste

Choklat:
There are no problems with our products and if our employees haven't been paid in months why are they still coming to work??

Erik Stelli:
Choklat I am only stating what is being said online, but thank you brad for answering so quick. And for clarifying that all employees are being paid. Product looks great from what I can see on the video. Can you give me anymore insight on why namaste would reject your product? Or If regulators said anything about thc content. Hard to understand why the product would be rejected and I'm sure that deal has hurt your cash float

Choklat:
Erik Stelli the simple reason is that Namaste was trying to squeeze me to sign a repressive shareholder agreement that would have seen me give up control of the company. I have text messages and affidavit evidence to support my claims. It was Meni's intent to cause us financial distress and default on our loan, then move to convert the loan to shares and take control of the company. However I showed more resilience. As a result Meni was either going to be removed from the board of Choklat or resign.

Choklat:
Erik Stelli what's being said online about employees not being paid is by an ex employee named Lloyd Worth who is logging on under an alias and posting shit about not being paid. He was to be fired for incompetence but preemptively quit. Given the tight financial situation Namaste has put us in, I am prioritizing funds to our loyal, hard working team members who continue to see our vision and show dedication to the rest of the team.

Marc-Andre Fontaine:
Choklat careful brad, if what you are saying is true, first thing your council is going to tell is not to talk about this publicly. Plus the kg at 18000 of distillate, i have difficulty believe that to be the market price at this moment even completely raw without packaging. 35000 does seem a little expensive but it would still be very profitable for you to do it at that price as 10 mg of thc per bar would represent maybe 9-11% of your cost and therefore has little impact on your finished product cost.
Especially considering how much connections namaste has built in the last 9 months. Maintaining a good relation with them would mean millions in revenue in the very short to mid term future.
