A Positive Note: In the filing today, Garnock has 454 mil shares left or 18.4% of OS. If you use the 18.4% to determine the OS, you come up with 2.468 bil shares. This is consistent with the OS reported as of May 18 in form 10-Q/A. It would be incredible if we have no change in OS since May 18. 100s of millions shares were sold since that date, as shown in the in this Table
