Not sure of what the terms would be....they could just issue another class of shares (like preferred) and use those to acquire the company....essentially Maverick was just a shell they kept active until now....I’m sure Watson has some debts, but we know they have revs too....management is definitely looking at other acquisitions in the oil industry as well...they could also do a joint venture with USR Drilling where they can tap into USR credit lines to fund things and split costs/revenues...no doubt they have something planned already and I’m eager to see it happen....much more valuable then when it was on greys...we shall soon see....oil is not going away any time soon...
