The content, mission, messaging behind the product is ALL WELL & good. Gives them a hook. An in. I get it.

There's NO RICHES in straight advertising & there's CLEARLY NOT ENOUGH MONEY. Otherwise, why DILUTE the shareholders?

Problem 1. Problem 2, is that the LAZY CEO didn't go get any FED MONEY, Covid money, &/or get after any grants, loans, etc., VERSUS diluting shareholders. Problem 3: Why dilute at 90% discount to highs & 75% off yesterdays prices. PROBLEM 4: Shipping out a LETTER about how GREAT the company is,....

WHY SIGN OVER MILLIONS OF SHARES @ $1 or less!! If the COMPANY has such good bones, contacts, content, & future: WHY DID YOU JUST
SCREW OVER SHAREHOLDERS by dumping shares into market at such a HORRIFICALLY TERRIFYING DISCOUNT!??

Something does NOT smell right here... & I don't want to hear from the CEO, his orange glasses & CLOWN FACE on TV while the stock TANKS since his letter & TV appearance. Go out there & MAKE MONEY, build the business, do better deals & STOP BLOWING THROUGH MONEY or CHANGE THE MODEL so you get funded elsewhere INSTEAD OF ON THE BACKS of shareholders....
