I do hear all the negatives and all. He has not replied to my calls or other messages yet, so will see if a reply or conference call happens.

The Mason partnership for licensing of their tech, I also like. I like CyGraph and see huge potential if it can be adapted for commercial use. Not sure of a CFO is the best person to bring that to fruition? Yet alone, with this added questionable company history. Will see how it transpires.

Is it all a scam or just took years to build it all? IDK, but I'd like to give the guy an opportunity to address all concerns in a conference call, but if he doesn't do that, I won't waste my time or money here at all.
