Julie Tauguchi confessed to her roles in conspiracy to defraud Medicare and Medicaid, as well as private insurers. That's very safe to say.

Mark Schena is as of now an un-convicted criminal. In a few weeks he will be a convicted criminal. That's safe too, because the SEC won't drag this case out for years.

Its very safe to say $ARYC reported nothing to investors for years, and in the interim conspired with penny stock criminals such as, but not limited to, Jason Nielsen to fleece the market.
