You know the 'Hearing on Activision's 35 U.S.C. 101 motion on July 20, 2020 has been decided in favor of WDDD already and this is merely the checking of a box

You know WDDDs has already had claims restored and proven ATVI infringed

You know Bungie will get sued as well

You know we are down to the 'formal' process of determining damages... not IF ATVI infringed but how much they owe WDDD.
