Soon FnMA would be able to relist, eventually pay dividends, and the price per share is unlikely to remain 2.00 per share when a 2.00 annual dividend is paid (like it was in the past.
However, if this happens, that the share price remains at 2.00 per share while paying a 2.00 annual dividend, then I will buy every share at 2.00 I can get my hands on, even selling a kidney if I have to.
If the 2.00 dividend is again "solid", then the pps will "almost have" to go to 50.00 per share as that would yield a 4 percent dividend. 100 percent dividend, sustained is not heard of because its essentially free money, where you buy a share for 2 bucks and get 2 bucks after a year, then another 2 bucks next year and the year after.
