Sounds fantastic. Wish I understood it better.

"Brilacidin exhibited a statistically significant (p<0.0001) and potent inhibitory effect on SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus responsible for COVID-19, in a human lung epithelial cell line—reducing viral load by 95 percent and by 97 percent, compared to control, at two therapeutic concentrations tested."

What does "reducing viral load" mean? (sorry if I've asked this before)
What was the control and wouldn't that be significant enough to mention?
Does "therapeutic concentrations" imply dosages that can be assumed to be safe?

"The new lung cell line data reinforce previous testing conducted at the RBL, in VERO cells, where Brilacidin showed a similar robust inhibition, of 75 percent, against SARS-CoV-2 compared to control."

Are these things comparable in anything other than a very general way?
Monkey kidney epithelial vs human lung epithelial cells.
"reduced the viral titer (load) of SARS-CoV-2 by 75 percent after only 1 hour of preincubation prior to infection at a concentration of 10µM as compared to vehicle control" vs "reducing viral load by 95 percent and by 97 percent, compared to control".
