a reverse split is a total accounting "GIMMICK"

to "artificially" raise sh price just to ISSUE MORE SHARES

and/or to keep from being DE-LISTED from a major exchange

it does ZERO to ADD VALUE to the COMPANIES bottom line

it is an EXTREMELY NEGATIVE ACTION taken by very

WEAK COMPANIES at the SHAREHOLDERS EXPENSE ...


STRONG COMPANIES do FWD SPLITS thus increasing

SHAREHOLDERS LEVERAGE (shares) and future PROFITS ...

as a STRONG COMPANIES PROFITS increase and CONTINUE ...
