It’s not positive thinking that will make this move (though that won’t hurt) but it’s hard cash and assets that will drive the pps upwards. And this former NASDAQ company has it (delisted in November). Check the disclosures: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AREXQ/overview. They were being acquired for $192M before the acquiring company backed out due to dropping oil and now has to forfeit $22M to AREXQ. And the icing on the cake is oil is rallying.
