if you’re looking for dilution look for declining accumulation...


What does that mean?!

if you look around you’ll see the signs of dilution at other MJ co’s... the PINKY style dilution... and atm I’ll say I don’t see it like that here...


Seriously, is the S-1 being ignored?
I get how investors sell their shares and execs get share-based bonuses and compensation. But when should those compensation agreements be amended to pay straight cash?

Plus since they're taking advantage of Emerging Growth, there are likely additional unknown costs added to things. Meaning they need to pay by DILUTIVE means.

GRWG could, and really should, be in the $10s. But it's not, and will likely ride this $3-$7 rollercoaster for the foreseeable future.
