They should have issued debt. Keep the share count low and let the price grow on its merits. Looks like they are taking the easy route and creating more bagholders.



They take the most profitfull way - to themselves.

Institutions did already take more than 50% of it at the offer just a few weeks ago. They know the phase 3 results will be good and trhey want as big share as possible. They arrange an offer even thoug there already is money enough.
