This stock went from under a penny to the mid-.30 range in about 2 months without any substantive announcements.I think any small partnerships or small deals are already priced in.Unless something big announced we remain stuck here best case scenario.This talk of rumors is a bunch of cheerleading.....hope is not a good investing strategy...that being said I'm still a large holder of stock and would like to see a big pop/just being a realist.
