1. He files an 8K/A saying that Steve Saunders isn't really the CEO...that it was a mistake....which is total bullshit because Saunders has been the CEO for over a YEAR.

2. He says that 1/145 should have been 1/555 and was a 'scrivener's error'...more BULLSHIT.

He's a lying rat bastard plain as day.....just look at the guys picture....even looks like a scheming RAT.

As far as getting a response from the company.....I have gotten very minimal information. They say they're in a 'quiet period'.

I got a response from Saunders on LinkedIn. He says he's still involved. I don't know what happened to get him kicked from being the CEO. My guess is he had a squabble with morris (who is the founder of this whole thing).....probably a disagreement over the way morris is doing business.

The true pity of this whole thing is they have a beautiful concept, and will probably be successful.....imo. However, the way they're treating the old shareholders of $UWRL is despicable....and will have dire consequences on their reputation.....If they have any sense of ethics/morals, they will publicly rescind that split....And it should be an 8K....so they can't renege on it later..

And fwiw, that information has been there since March...with an update in May. If anybody had taken the time to look......which somebody finally did...it wasn't me that found it....I should have though.
