he initiated a reverse split in 2010 and then 7 months later did another one after diluting 20BB shares in that 7 months. Then a few months later after diluting another 19BB shares he applied for another one and they denied it

this ticker is toast just like anything else Dennis is involved with. The stock is also chilled at DTC so basically EFIR stock is worthless

the trades you see going through at 000001 and similar prices is simply a shareholder filing a "worthless securities" form with their broker to get the stink of this crap out of their account.
