I am afraid you're right in your assessment. IMTL has not posted any financials which was something they have been consistent about in the past. I think we are now a shell corporation and Larry has made back his money from his stock purchases from his salary - which could be a reason why we don't see how the money from the sale of the authorized shares was used. We got scammed, but these are penny stocks, and for no reason, and out of nowhere this stupid thing can run 3000 percent before falling back to nothing. I have made back all my money from this stock from other holdings, but I am still very angry about what Larry did to me. I figure they stole around 3-million dollars. Mat Goldman was brought in following through with the scam. Goldman was probably the brains behind the scam. Larry is too stupid to think up something like that.
