Mark102, yes, I agree. To me, the best, easiest, and quickest way while keeping litigation to a very minimum is for Bezos to offer between two and five dollars a share for roughly 350 million shares and get this done for well under a billion dollars, lock, stock and barrel without screwing anyone.

Everybody is happy and after the Judge signs off on what does not work he will quickly approve the plan keeping all employees and then JCPNQ goes away and is part of the Amazon conglomerate. I do not see how ANYONE could match this or even if they do compete with Bezos to a successful end.
