Wasn't the 7-10% dilution in reference to a pct of the allotted 100m shares for future offerings and not 7-10% of the total 520m O/S? 10m shares added to the 520m float is only a 2% dilution overall, hardly a pps changer at all. PPS rise after coming catalysts should lower the amount of dilution if the big pharmers don't come knocking with bundle$ of ca$h. At worst it seems we face dilution that is tiny relative to competitors in the world of startup bios.
