Wait for a little more for JV news.
At least give RSSMMD some time to set the documentation and filling work correctly, I am not a big fan of TXTM as far as communication is concerned But seeing the history of RSSMMD they may file papers for JV soon. We should see the news this week or early next week. This is my guess. To prepare T&C for JV is the most time-consuming task and when both parties agree upon it.
