I base my conclusions on the evidence .....and the history of this hobby miner. Some folks would like to ignore what happened prior to today, but if you want to predict the future, look at what has happened. $30 mil.+ thrown down a rat hole, toxic loans at worse than loan shark rates, dilution, endless announcements of gold production and sales......

A banker?? That's funny as hell.....!! No real banker would touch this POS with a ten foot pole. The new "loan" is almost certainly from one of the previous toxic lenders, might even be Auctus again....and you can bet the terms are pure crap.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
