I guess we are not going to see bermans idiotic SEC response until the SEC publishes their rebuttal as of the 17th? Assumming berman even bothered or remembered to file a formal response. You know, other than the crazy letter sent to the SEC from a cabal of shareholders. I cant believe anyone from that crowd thought it would be a good idea to belittle the SEC and its specific staff who bascially have unlimited resources to pound DECN into the dirt. Oh, wait, yes I do....its another step in the victimization narrative. It will eventually explain why berman cant get FDA approval. Not that it makes any sense, though.
