460,000,000 million shares outstanding on a .04 stock, that's why. CEO just diluted 7,000,000 million shares on a pumped PR that ran it to .095. CEO paid people to push the stock price to .095, sold 7,000,000 million shares. That's why it is sitting at .04 now.
