Question for toogood:

We have to see first when LEHMAN comes back with good financial health.. then, guaranteed that your preferred stock will make the interest distributions every quarter as written in its prospectus.

Not every month but every quarter of the year.

If the interests get paid as stated in the prospectus, will the interest payments be based on the $25.00 face value of the CTs?

If yes, then would this mean the the CTs would be worth $25.00 each on the market at that point?
