Y'all say what you will.

You cant change the fact that there is an SEC rule requiring no pr's or info regarding filings within a certain time frame of the said filings..
May come as a surprise but that would be considered inside information and would illegally manipulate the stock.

All im saying is, i dont think filings will come out till next week to satisfy the required "Quiet Period"
