I assume that is what Clear Think Capital is here for. Without any tangible assets for TCA to liquidate, as no default has accured, the SEC will most likely allow PACV to break with the sole financer clause in the agreement with TCA and allow them to find an alternative source and reach a settlement which is almost always favorable to the party NOT in receivership and that has NOT committed any violations.

IR has said as much in their responses to the issue, that it will likely end up with a better deal for the company.

The SEC is not looking to punish the innocent. They will look to protect not only the TCA investors but the investors of the companies, through no fault of their own, affected by the suspension of TCA.

Feeling very comfy here, 14,800 as of Friday and still ready to pounce.
