It is a HUGE deal.. it is basically a Nation wide deal through the local CU League of Assets in the $588Million Range.. and Also International with the Affiliated in the tune of 20.6 Billion Assets Range... Locations in Major..I repeat Major cities.. Fort Worth,Dallas TX , Kansas ...etc.. south of the boarder where the actually NEED GPS tracking that IGEN provides... Huge tech "Sprint" product.. this should be trading Way Higher in PPS..imo.. do your own DD but I think last week's sellers will be upset soon.. they are buying there own shares for a reason..very few OTC will do that.
