And as IF what Jason Nielsen did is anything more than what countless individual investors, or hedge funds, or whomever or whatever do each and every trading day to gain an advantage, whether they want to dump their shares, short shares, or get shares at a cheaper price.

I wonder if the SEC has already seized or placed liens on any of his real estate holdings or bank accounts.
