The supposed AS reduction has ZERO to do with OTC Markets so tell KING CON to quit using THEM as an excuse to do so.

He merely needs to file a document lowering the AS with the Wyoming SOS where this FRAUD ticker is domiciled. He could have done that a week ago and it would now be a done deal.

"Investors" in this FRAUD should DEMAND he lower the AS to 3.5B shares so Eddie can't DUMP five billion more shares.


He'll NEVER lower it that much,BANK on it.
