Covid-19 did not affect much construction in omaha. I've seen iron workers and carpenters at work every day in omaha. Covid-19 has been pretty mild overall in Nebraska. Service industries like food and salons were strongly affected but most businesses stayed open in some capacity. Most everything is open now. Im going for wings and beers right now in fact. Some construction guys were furloughed at the request of the project owners but not many did that. If this wasn't an election year there wouldn't be much fuss over covid-19.

I can assure you covid-19 isn't holding anything up as far as construction. Construction personnel would be flocking down to elk creek as soon as a contract was signed that paid for construction.
