Actually, virtually everything that I type is very well explained and backed up either in the post in which I write it or in a previous post.
With regard to moving off of the grey sheets -- which is the least important point that I am making currently -- a 15c211 for a fully reporting company and Deloitee as their auditors should not take more than a month or two. There is a better probability that PRED will be back up on the pinks in 1-2 months than anything that the shorts have to say.
As for the rest of my points, they are pretty self-explanatory.
Regardless, I am not here to convince anyone of anything. I have been reading the shorts tell us all that the stock is going under $0.10 ever since it started trading again. Meanwhile, I was loading the boat along with others at $0.25 - $0.27. I even had a bid in for 25,000 shares at $0.25 at 9:15am on the morning that it traded a few shares at $0.18 on the open. And then more recently, it wouldn't go back down and so I added more at $0.30 - $0.34.
And now the stock is even higher.
I do not expect a major move in the stock price until one of two things happens:
1. An announcement that PRED has completed the sale of a block of test kit units or
2. FDA EUA
Based on all of my due diligence, I believe that both are imminent as in days - a week or two.
At which point, the flood gates open as sales go through the roof, stock price goes up, etc. And then, the stock will get uplisted to pinks and depending on the stock price, might even go straight to NASDAQ. (But now I am getting ahead of myself.)
The amount of negativity since $0.25 is astounding for a stock price with so much potential at current prices. And yes, I believe that PRED, the company, has tremendous potential too (not just the stock price.)
Ps. as for the infamous photos, I only said that the trips and photos were real. I never said that I approved of the photos being posted. That was rank amateur hour and disappointing. However, I also believe that the intent was sincere.
Management is far from perfect BUT, I do believe that they have put all long term shareholders in a great position to make a lot of money in the short, intermediate and long term from current levels.
Pps. I believe hopefulsurgonc when he states that he works for a healthcare company that is placing an order and was told by the company that he expects to get filled in a week or so. Based on my dd, I am confident that he is right. If you don't want to believe him or me, then wait for the order to get filled, wait for the company to make an announcement and buy the stock at $1 or more.
