More companies need to do this. Cramer and his hedge fund are criminals and have been around a long time. I remember when the Nasdaq hit 5000 and he was telling everyone to buy as he was shorting and short selling and the markets crashed. He is a horrible person. The worst is lying about good companies so he can promote the companies he owns stock in. He is going to get killed shorting GNUS.

This is the first time I have seen of Ceo of a company ever publicly denouce a stock shorting group and actually go after them legally. Folks $GNUS is gangsta with guns out and blazin'$$$$
