IMO

Courts screwed us in 1st quarter of trump in office and Mnuchin ran with that unexpected ruling and has done nothing since but lip service

I bet he is demanding the settlement terms beyond what is reasonable saying I'll just leave it as is

Court is only hope to move from this mess

Gas bag plot also could force admin to do EO or treasury/Fhfa deal but Scotus could go overboard and rule agencies are unconstitutional
This has to be what Mnuchin is waiting for

Scotus please go big and say agency is unconstitutional and boom
