It may come a time that legal counsel may be necessary. When the CEO is in bed with a dishonest insider and after 9 months of BS about the financials are coming, all shareholders should be concerned. 20 years in this business and never seen such BS with a US based company.

Ignorance in The Land of OZ has little knowledge of the real business world of fraudulent management teams. Talk to the hand.
