Recent uptick in Vol caught my attn: I’m doing some DD here over the w/e on this..


TCA Global Credit Master Fund L.P. has custody.. Read the SC 13D, they have the preferred series x share which gives them 100% control. Stipulated on terms, upon default of loans, they also gained 100% of assets.
They used toxic debt to hijack the shell..

Typenex has only a 9.9% equity interest.

The subsidiaries have to be listed.. but only as they are “indirect” owners through the Hierarchy parent company Typenex owning stock.
