I think you reading the chips all wrong about Medi Mike. Buzzy never notified the SEC or FINRA of the spin off. Maybe if Buzzy had AUDITED financials things would move along faster in all his businesses, without real numbers what is the difference between a scam and a legitimate business? It was just another Buzzy scheme to sell VGID shares? Mike hired smart people and they discovered the "errors" by Buzzy. Buzzy signed off to avoid going to jail, we should get our shares because there is issues that Buzzy can't dance around. To wait till Sept or October doesn't seem right to me. If that is what he has told you that is what you are going to accept, personally better be sooner than that. Oct makes 3 years for a penny stock deal come on.
