IF BEZOS walked into this deal and offers 100$ cash and picks up all liabilities and KEEPS all shareholders in tact and as many employees as he LOGICALLY CAN, the court would except the deal imho!!!!!!!!!!!! IN A FLASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And imho now that he has run all retailers almost out of bidness it is a very logical next move for him to go into store fronts
