Can someone explain why advanomics sold the adva27a patents to sbfm? Advanomics was the parent company of sbfm. Sbfm had no money, no income. Advanomics sold the patents to themselves both owned by slilaty for like 12mill. But gave it away to NOX pharma, another private company. Anyone see the issue there?? SCAM!!!!! They use sbfm as a bank. Cash in. They could have easily gave the patents away, or sold them for a reasonable amount....stays in house, why drown sbfm with debt....?

Biggest scam sale I've ever seen.
