LOL!! No, he didn't. He bought 50K convertible preferred shares at $10 per share. Those shares convert 10-1 into 500k shares, which makes the effective price $1 per common share.

It's right there on the Form 4 that was issued, gotta read the notes.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
