A buyout of 5.4 billion shares at a nickle means a market value of $270 million.. over a quarter billion. I don't see that happening unless these goobers manage to patent something incredibly essential and that creates a monopoly. Otherwise whatever they're doing could likely be approximated or reverse engineered by others.
