Not one item in that contract was ever adhered to. So obviously it is not in effect nor was it ever in effect. Equally obvious it was just filed as a bait and switch scam upon QMC's shareholders.
Bullshit India is trying to honor the contract. They helped, probably incentivized with 2 reactors they reverse engineered, POS Squires in his scam.
