This industry has recently undergone much needed consolidation. Between last years’ 900+ bankruptcies and current dislocations due to COVID-19, there’s room for sustainable growth if they can successfully integrate with similar companies.

EVOA is a perfect example. They have experienced unprecedented growth in the same sector while taking on large amounts of debt. If TLSS can continue to decrease overhead costs and increase revenues while restructuring their toxic debt obligations, it’s quite possible that they will eventually evolve into one of the few publicly-traded trucking giants.

Time will tell.
