<< I know the stock is caught up in fraud investigations but my question is: Is it possible there is valuable technology here like the patents for their testing. If that's possible I'd love for it to drop to .0001, buy some and hope someone takes over the company and it's technology dirt cheap...…. We should have a 100X runner >>

Nobody will be buying this company. The court docs show that they were broke and borrowing money from shareholders. They are in lots of debt. They are already involved in at least a 1/2 dozen lawsuits (by their lender, their partner, their customers, their landlord, etc).

The company will most likely go through bankruptcy (at which point shareholders will lose everything).
